When he was dismissed from his duty as a church leader due to having poor caliber and being incapable of doing actual work, he complained about not having good caliber, descended into negativity and became passive and slacked off in his duty. After reading God's words, he learned that his poor caliber was predetermined by God and was with God's goodwill. He was then able to have the right attitude about his dismissal, gained some understanding of the corrupt disposition lying behind his complaints about his poor caliber and learned how to regard his caliber in a proper way.
