I

God is returning to Zion and now we are soon to part.

Sorrow and joy mingle among an array

of other intertwining feelings in my heart.

Thinking of God's words, earnest and loving like a mother,

my heart feels so close to Him.

Oh … we cannot meet often, oh … I can only miss You always.

Oh Almighty God, I miss You,

and I haven't seen enough of Your countenance.

In reflecting on my time with God, how much rebellion I've revealed,

and how much sorrow I've caused His heart,

my heart floods with regret and I cry silent tears.

I feel so remorseful for the regrets I left with Him.

Oh … recalling those memories, oh … how my heart aches.

Oh Almighty God, I miss You,

and I wish to fulfill my duty to repay Your love.

Now that God is leaving,

my longing heart struggles to turn from Him and memories replay vividly.

God accompanied me through countless days and nights,

through laughter and tears.

Oh … though I was often negative, oh … God never abandoned me.

Oh Almighty God, I miss You, and You know my heart loves You.

IV

As God returns to Zion, at this parting moment,

I resolve to remember His exhortations.

I shall propagate the gospel to testify to God,

walking the last stretch well and bearing good witness to satisfy Him.

Oh … though the path to the heavenly kingdom is treacherous,

oh … God's words are with me.

Oh Almighty God, I miss You, and I can only pray to meet You face to face.

V

God is in heaven, we on earth.

The memories of our years together linger on,

and His gentle words will never be forgotten.

God's loveliness often comes to mind,

His righteous disposition shall stay in my heart,

and His love shall spur me onward forever.

Oh … how my heart loves God, oh … I vow to offer my loyalty.

Despite the earth-shaking changes, my heart shall stay the same.

I shall live by God's words, and I shall forever testify to God.
