She is a church leader. Whenever she saw someone under her supervision had a better grasp of principles and skills, she hesitated to follow up and supervise their work, fearing she might be looked down upon if she couldn't solve their problems. This led to delays in the work. Through reading God's words, she came to understand that her reluctance to supervise work stemmed from being constrained and bound by concerns over pride and status. She realized pursuing reputation and status was truly harmful and became willing to rebel against herself and practice according to God's words, resulting in some changes.
