(1) Isolation must be enacted against those who frequently disturb and interrupt the church life, and who, having been dealt with and pruned, are not dissuaded from their behavior and do not mend their ways;

(2) False leaders and workers who are not evil people but are of poor humanity, who have made fairly frequent transgressions, and who exert a fairly bad influence on others, must be replaced, and left to reflect in isolation;

(3) People who have been detained and released, no matter what the circumstances were, must be isolated for six months as a safety precaution;

(4) The church may only enact isolation against a person with the consent of a majority of its members, and the sanction may not be lifted until that person repents sincerely.

Those among brothers and sisters who are always giving vent to their negativity are lackeys of Satan, and they disturb the church. Such people must one day be expelled and eliminated. In their belief in God, if people do not have a heart of reverence for God, if they do not have a heart of obedience toward God, then not only will they be unable to do any work for Him, but on the contrary will become those who disturb His work and who defy Him. Believing in God but not obeying or revering Him, and instead resisting Him, is the greatest disgrace for a believer. If believers are just as casual and unrestrained in their speech and conduct as unbelievers are, then they are even more evil than unbelievers; they are archetypal demons. Those who give vent to their poisonous, malicious talk within the church, who spread rumors, foment disharmony, and form cliques among the brothers and sisters—they should have been expelled from the church. Yet because now is a different era of God’s work, these people are restricted, for they face certain elimination.

Every church has people who cause trouble for the church or meddle in the work of God. They are all Satans who have infiltrated the house of God in disguise. Such people are good at acting: They come before Me with great reverence, bowing and scraping, living like mangy dogs, and devoting their “all” to achieve their own objectives—but in front of the brothers and sisters, they show their ugly side. When they see people who practice the truth, they strike out at them and shove them aside; when they see people more formidable than themselves, they flatter and fawn upon them. They run wild in the church. It can be said that such “local bullies,” such “lapdogs,” exist in the majority of churches. They act devilishly together, sending each other winks and secret signals, and none of them practices the truth. Whoever has the most venom is the “head demon,” and whoever has the highest prestige leads them, bearing their flag aloft. These people rampage through the church, spreading their negativity, venting death, doing as they please, saying what they please, and no one dares to stop them. They brim with the disposition of Satan. No sooner do they cause a disturbance than an air of death enters the church. Those within the church who practice the truth are cast out, unable to give their all, while those who disturb the church and spread death run rampage within—and, what’s more, most people follow them. Such churches are ruled by Satan, plain and simple; the devil is their king. If the congregants do not rise up and reject the head demons, then they, too, will sooner or later come to ruin. From now on, measures must be taken against such churches. If those who are capable of practicing a little of the truth do not seek to, then that church will be expunged. If a church contains no one who is willing to practice the truth and no one who can stand witness for God, then that church should be completely isolated, and its connections with other churches must be severed. This is called “burying death”; this is what it means to cast out Satan. If a church contains several local bullies, and they are followed by “little flies” that entirely lack discernment, and if the congregants, even after having seen the truth, are still incapable of rejecting the binds and manipulation of these bullies, then all those fools will be eliminated in the end. These little flies might not have done anything terrible, but they are even more deceitful, even more slick and evasive, and everyone like this will be eliminated. Not a single one shall remain! Those who belong to Satan will be returned to Satan, while those who belong to God will surely go in search of the truth; this is decided by their natures. Let all those who follow Satan perish! No pity will be shown to such people. Let those who search for the truth be provided for, and may they take pleasure in God’s word to their hearts’ content. God is righteous; He would not show favoritism to anyone. If you are a devil, then you are incapable of practicing the truth; if you are someone who searches for the truth, then it is certain that you will not be taken captive by Satan. It is justified for the church to segregate and expel people. Since some leaders and workers have disrupted the normal order of church life and harmed many of God’s chosen people by abusing their authority to segregate and expel people, therefore their authority to segregate and expel people was repealed. However, it remains justified for the church to segregate and expel people, and this authority must be preserved. The precondition is that implementation must be based on principles. Individual leaders and workers must not be allowed to find chances and exploit their authority to attack, retaliate against, and frame God’s chosen people. The way to segregate someone is to ask them to attend gatherings with several other segregated individuals. If only one person is segregated from the church, then they may be asked to perform spiritual devotionals at their home. In short, they are not permitted to engage in the church life. People should now be separated into Groups A and B for gatherings, and those who do not pursue the truth at all, but who are unreasonable and act wantonly should be put together to attend gatherings; this is entirely to the benefit of upholding normal church life and for the life entry of God’s chosen people. If those who are segregated do not repent after joining Group B, then they can be expelled.

Those who engage in wanton behavior that has an extremely negative impact and who cause serious disruption and disturbance to church work while performing their duties, who refuse to accept and obey, with no intention to repent after being pruned and dealt with, and strictly disciplined, must be segregated. During segregation and reflection, they may only perform the duty of gospel preaching. Those who cause upheaval for extended periods without truly repenting and stubbornly refusing to admit guilt and who are veritably wicked people must be exposed by God’s chosen people for their evil deeds and satanic nature, and then segregated. If they still refuse to repent, they can be totally expelled and abandoned by God’s chosen people. If they are able to do service by preaching the gospel, they can stay in Group B for gatherings. If they are unable to do service by preaching the gospel or are unwilling to do service, then they must be expelled.

Those who have believed in God for several years but still neither understand the truth nor understand God’s words or the sermons and fellowships are definitely muddle-headed people who do not love the truth. Those who do not know how to discern at all, who steadfastly adhere to rules and mindlessly follow rules, who are often deluded by others, yield to power, and parrot what others say, are all absurd people who do not understand spiritual matters. Whether muddle-headed or absurd, if people have never understood the truth, they are mindless disturbers and absolutely not the genuine chosen people of God. Those who do not focus on their main task while doing their duties, who do not uphold God’s work, who often follow wicked people in passing judgment on this person or condemning that person, who see problems in everyone else but see nothing wrong with themselves, who constantly commit wanton acts, sow discord and cause disputes to arise, are people who mindlessly cause disturbances and create chaos, and these people are not true chosen people of God. Those who do not pay attention to their own entry into life, who do not pay attention to their own practice of the truth and doing their duties well, who cannot stand on the side of God’s chosen people who truly pursue the truth and faithfully perform their duties, are people who mindlessly cause disturbances, and they are not the true chosen people of God. They can only be put into Group B to attend gatherings and reflect on themselves so that they will come to know their own actions. This is a chance for them to repent. If these people continue to follow wicked people to mindlessly cause disturbances, not attend to their proper duties, make trouble out of nothing, disturb church work and disrupt God’s chosen people from doing their duties, so that most of God’s chosen people feel revulsion and hatred toward them, then they may be expelled. These are the principles for handling all the mindless disturbers who are unbelievers.

The Principles of Management to Be Implemented in Church Life

1. Those who love to gossip and often spread notions and fallacies during gatherings must be pruned and dealt with. They can be segregated if they refuse to mend their ways despite being repeatedly disciplined.

2. Those who are of extremely poor caliber and who lack the ability to comprehend, who absolutely cannot understand the truth, should not be compelled to join gatherings. If such people insist on joining gatherings, they should not be segregated against their wills as long as they are obedient and do not cause disturbances.

3. Those who never exalt or bear testimonies to God in gatherings, but always speak for themselves and use sophistry to vindicate themselves, or who always give testimonies with ulterior motives and say farfetched things, and resort to deception in order to cheat others, are people who show themselves off to make others admire them and simply give false testimonies to deceive others. Such people have deceitful humanity, and they do not change in the slightest, despite believing in God for many years. They never say what they mean, they never do what they say, and they are simply hypocrites. Such people must be pruned, dealt with and exposed. If they do not repent but continue to give false testimonies to deceive others, then a targeted approach to expose and refute them can be implemented to utterly humiliate them. If they still disobey, they must be segregated for around six months before determining if they should resume church life based on the degree of their repentance.

4. Those whose humanity is too bad and who always cause disturbances to church life must be pruned and dealt with. God’s chosen people can join together to impose restrictions on them and ostracize them, thereby prompting them to repent and change. In the eventuality that they still do not change, segregation or expulsion can be imposed.

5. If any leader or worker who has committed a serious transgression, or who has been replaced, truly repents and changes and does not cause disturbances to church life, then they should be treated lovingly. If they persist in causing disturbances to church life and severely impact the eating and drinking of God’s words and entry into the truth of God’s chosen people, then they must be segregated or expelled.
